Phonetradr not honouring 12 month warranty of phone bought on the Phonetradr website

Bought a Samsung Galaxy fold 4 end Feb 2024. The wifi and bluetooth just stopped working. Sent it in, was told because I had bought the phone on a 'special' (really!!!), the warranty would not be honoured and I would need to pay a reduced repair price of R9,000 for a new board. Utter ****! Site says ALL PHONES bought on the website have a 12 month warranty. Bunch of ****** who do not want to honour their stated warranty.
