Phonetradr more like Phone Traitor
I have not been able to get ahold of a single employee at Phonetradr. My phone, which they want to buy from me for next to nothing, has been sitting with them for weeks. They ignore WhatsApp's, they ignore phone calls, they seem to only respond to certain emails where the benefit is solely is on them. All I want is what is owed to me. Is there any other number or authority I could escalate this to, because it's becoming seriously ridiculous. Any advice would be helpful. Based on this experience, i would 1000% not recommend using them at ALL>

19 Jan 2024, 15:54Second day I row that I have emailed, whatsapped and phoned. Radio silence no feedback whatsoever. They are very quick to collect and sell your device, but when it comes to common courtesy by just letting you know when you can expect to be paid, then nothing. Truly, truly unhappy with their service and will DEFINITELY NEVER use or recommend them to anyone else.
