Phonetradr ****med Me!!!

I bought an iphone14 pro at Phonetradr last year and this year Feb I realized the screen was loose. Contacted Phonetradr and they didn't respond. Now in August before my phone gets out of warranty I contact them again because my software is giving me problems and my phone keeps on restarting and switching off. This happened in July and I keep on sending emails with no response. In August I finally get a respond and they say they will fetch my phone, give them the address and they come fetch it.

Phonetradr receives the phone and we communicate. I ask them to fix the software. Since then I got no response. It's the third week and they are no longer responding to my emails. Can't get them on phone and this is frustrating. I need my phone back 😩. I rather go fix it myself because I am suffering at the moment with no proper phone. Phonetradr need to return my phone and we part in peace.
