Phonetradr lack of delivery and service.

I have only purchased phones from Phonetradr over the last 5 years.. Their service was exceptional previously very helpful, efficient, and simple process. I even had to return one of the phones as it stopped working within the warranty period and they collected and replaced the phone with in a week. They are my go to to buy second hand phones.

In June 2024 I purchased another 2 phones within a week of each other. Unfortunately my experience Has changed. The first phone was delivered after a delay . I received an email to say the courier has unusually high demand and the device will be delayed. It has been almost 2 weeks since I received the email that the second more expensive phone has been dispatched. Unfortunately nothing has arrived. The same email was receive after I first queried the delay over email saying the courier is busy. I have emailed everyday last week to request and update or reference number on the phone delivery. Sadly not a single response. And no phone. Their phone numbers also go to voice message and you can speak to noone. The emails are also not being responded to. I tried calling the courier they have used for every delivery and they sadly have no record of a delivery for my address.

I am very disappointed based on the excellent service i received before. Seems like their business model was good but they seem to have gotten themself into a cash flow problem by the sounds of the other reviews.. I have paid for the phone sadly. Nothing has arrived. I assume they are rolling their cash unsuccessfully.🙈

I hope j will be able to update this post in a day or two with positive news… but sadly not going to hold my breathe.🥲
