Courier IT come to pick up my phone for phonetradr and they received my device on 26 June 2025. I've got an email to let me know they received it and is at their assessment Centre. 27 June 2025 i've got an email that reads YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN LISTED FOR SALE ON PHONETRADR. Then I emailed them asking what the progress of selling of my device is going but without any reply from them. 4 July 2025 i received an email " Your device is still active on our platform for sale. If you're looking to sell it quickly, you might consider adjusting the price" What I did on their website. 14 July 2025 I send another email asking if there is any good news about my phone. NO REPLY Today (30 July 2025) I send an email and ask to cancel this trading, because nobody is replying on my emails. Then I've got an email address on the website for ***. I send an email to the address and still NO REPLY. They are ****mers. They keep on ignoring any emails. Think we must contact Carte Blanch to sort these guys out.
