Phonetradr is it real or a ****!!!

Hi have listed my phone with Phonetradr. They collected and verified that they received it and it was in a good condition. Its been quite some time and the phone has not sold. I contacted them on the 4 July 2025 to request how I can make arrangements to collect my phone as I want to sell it privately. They rep**** with an email to say I should try to reduce the selling price to get it sold. Which I did. Again its not sold. I am now trying to get hold of them via email or phone in the number listed *** and we cannot get through to this number. Their social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, has no option to message them. If anybody has any physical address where we can get hold of these people to collect our phone please advise.

OR if Phonetradr is reading this please get hold of me ASAP before I lay a charge at the police and proceed with legal actions
