Phonetradr is a **** and no response from their support or anyone

This was the worst experience - it seems all user friendly and the initial process is seamless and easy - BUT once they have your phone, it is impossible to get hold of any support person. When someone does reply they don't provide any relevant information. Currently no one has rep**** to me for 7 days, my phone looks as if it is sold on the site i.e. it is not on a listing and I can't change or update my price, it is locked, but I have no indication whether it has been sold or not. My phone is basically in 'no mans' land for 7 days now with no response from anyone at this company. I want my ophoine back and I will try sell it else where but I am now stuck without my phone and no response from them - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - it is is a ****!
