Phonetradr -- fantastic customer service. Highly commendable.

I thought it only right that I should come here and share my excellent experience in dealing with Phonetradr recently when I bought a second-hand phone from them.

I wanted a Samsung Note9 and went on the site and bought (and paid for) the cheapest one in excellent condition that I could find. That same day I was contacted by Emma who apologised profusely that the phone had failed their tests (5 stars for that) and that I could choose to either have a full refund or choose a different phone and between us we could make up the difference (another 5 stars).

I ended up forking out more money for a note9 that brand new and still sealed in its original packaging (for 75% of the price of a new one -- another 5 stars).

During the course of all this Emma and others from Phonetradr contacted me frequently so they should get another 5 stars for communication, which ai find rare these days.

The phone arrived within 2 days of my final dealings and payment. I am a very satisfied customer and I will continue to recommend them to everyone.
