Phonetradr Do Not Pay!

I have been waiting since the 24th of April where my phone was sold to get my money on my phone, when I inquired what the delay was I was told that some people take the payment plan option, firstly not problem, secondly no confirmation on if my device was bought this way, just a vague if kind of answer.

I tried to inquire again and then was told that payments take 7 days to reflect, it is no the 5th of May and I have had nothing from this place.

I cannot get an answer from their call centre, no one calls me back, no one responds on emails, no one responds on whatsapp, all I get is *******!

Tried calling again and no response, called an agent earlier that said she would speak to the accounts department and phone me back, that was 30 minutes ago.

I should add that I waited roughly 3 weeks for Phonetradr to clarify if my device was sold before this where I couldn't get an answer or cancel my device listing to have it be returned!

Apologies for my delayed response.

I am very impressed and thankful for the response received from the owner of Phonetradr and the assistance recieved from Sisi.

Alwyn contacted me and apologised for the delays and listen to my side of it and my suggestions for future problems, overall I am very impressed with the response and Alwyn taking the matter seriously.

I would definitely recommend Phonetradr going forward!
