Phonetradr can’t be trusted!!!!!

My Husband “sold” two iPhones to this Company. Apparently the first one is sold. No money no phone. Even though he is listed as sold? Second phone nowhere to be found. All contact numbers do not answer their calls and email addresses do not respond. This is absolutely ridiculous. Did someone else had the same experience. Can someone assist us please.
