Phonetradr - Absolute useless company!!

Don't, I repeat don't use this company. I used them three years ago to sell a device and received fantastic service. I decided to use them again this year. They are quick to take your phone and list it and then it's silence. Your phone gets removed from the website and after numerous enquiries you find out that the phone was sold and that they require bank confirmations to process the payment into your account. Even if the website says 3 to 4 work days to process your payment they indicate that it would take 11 to 14 work days. The payment is still outstanding. To get any more clarity is futile. They don't answer their phones and only reply vaguely to email enquiries. They ignore any requests to speak to someone in person. Save yourself the frustration and don't do business with these guys. I will use alk available legal resources to make sure these people are held responsible.
