Phonetradr, A ****, stay away

I contacted phonetradr to sell a phone I had. It was collected and subsequently listed for sale on their website. On the 14th April, I received a notification that it was sold and I should submit ID and proof of purchase, which was done on the same day. I have been waiting for payment since then, emails and WhatsApp don't get responded to. Their phone does not work. I will open a case of theft against them.
