Phonetrader non-payment of device sold

Phonetradr is a ****. I listed my Green IPhone 15 with them in January and still have not received my payment.

Let me clearly outline the timeline:

•20 January 2025 – My device was collected by Phonetradr.

•28 April 2025 – I began following up via WhatsApp messages and phone calls.

•19 May 2025 – I sent a formal follow-up email.

•22 May 2025 – I sent another follow-up email.

•4 June 2025 – I sent a third formal email, warning of public escalation.

•7 June 2025 – I received a vague email from the team confirming the phone was sold, but I still have no instructions, no payment, and no resolution.

• 27 June they requested : Copy of your ID Proof of Address Banking details

• 15 July I sent all these to them. (No response)

• 22 August I sent another follow up email.(No response)

•25 August I sent yet another follow up email- still no response.

I have sent various WhatsApp messages and emails which I received no response to. I have also called several times , but they never take my calls.

Do not list a device with them, they ***** your money and ignore you.
