Phonetrader non-payment of device sold

Phonetradr listed my IPhone with them in January and still have not received my payment.

The timeline:

•April 2025 – My device was collected by Phonetradr.

•August 2025 – I began following up via WhatsApp messages and emails.

•I sent numerous follow-up emails to *** and ***

•7 August 2025 – I received a vague email from the team confirming the phone was sold.

• 7 August 2025 they requested : Copy of your ID Proof of Address Banking details

• 7 August 2025 I sent all these to them. (No response)

• Thereafter I have sent more emails and whatsapp messages to follow up (No response)

Do not list a device with them!!
