Phone sold in November, still no payment or communication in January

Sold my iPhone XR through them in November and while the sale was quick, getting the money or any feedback about where my payment is has been a nightmare. The last response I got was in November after I’d posted a negative review on Phonetradr, otherwise all my emails, calls and WhatsApp’s have been ignored despite me trying to contact them many times. Can I please get my payment?
