Payment not being processed for sold device
Phonetradr sold my device 8 May and has still not paid me. I followed up a few times with no response from them. The website states payment will be done within 3 working days which is clearly not the case. I also paid the courier fee R270 to return my device and suddenly it was sold. Now I am waiting for the payment and refund.

17 May 2024, 16:23I contacted Phonetradr and they advised that they have a backlog on processing payments. This SCREAMS **** to me. Luckliy I work for a Telecom company and can trace and blacklist phones. I'm reporting my sold phone as ****** and will blacklist the phone if it was sold and I don't receive my payment. The website states payment will be in 3 working days, but their e-mail states 14 working days. I also paid for the courier fee to return my handset, however, they claim it's sold...not great experience at all.
