I received confirmation that my phone was sold on the 10th April and that I should receive payment on 11-14 business days. On the 30th was exactly 15 business days and I still have not received my payment. No one is answering calls or responding to my emails.

This is my first time having to deal with Phonetradr and it will be the last! And I will be running my mouth about what an *********** business you are running. Have you seen your ratings on Hellopeter? I bet you do not care because, you guys NEVER respond or resolve the queries there. Why must I wait? I was promised to get payment after 14 business days from the 10th of April and 21 days later my payment hasn’t cleared… But that’s not shocking for you right? because there is someone who has been waiting for payment for 7 months, the other one has been waiting for 2 months; so 21 days isn’t a biggy for you its small waters actually but for a new customer like me its worrisome. Did I trust a bunch of ****mers with my valuable item? This is really scary because like I said I did not sell my phone for fun and for be to be stressed so much…. Please send back my Apple iPhone 12 64GB green and the phone looked NEW!!!
