Outstanding Customer Service

For those of you who don’t know how PhoneTradr works, for instance if I want to sell my phone I go online and list my phone together with all the specifications. When there is a buyer phone Trader contacts me to collect the phone and then they verify if the description is correct... Another way to do this is to allow for Trader to collect your phone before a buyer wants your phone via the listing.

So during September/October last year. I saw an iPhone XS in silver and with 256GB of storage, it was at a really great price, so I bought it.

In the same day I was contacted by PhoneTradr to inform me that after contacting the seller, they found out the phone was described incorrectly and was actually Space Gray instead of Silver. I was very disappointed and requested a refund since the other Silver models had significantly less storage space than what i wanted, and they were much more expensive that what I paid.

PhoneTradr advised me to hold on, and give them some time while they source out a silver model for me. Constant feedback was given to me all the way, and it took about a week until they found me a silver model with the same capacity. The price of this model was much higher as compare to what I paid, However PhoneTradr decided to bite the bullet and it delivered my new iPhone to me at the same price.

I was absolutely amazed by the outstanding customer service, friendliness, on time feedback, and efficiency provided by PhoneTradr in particular a guy name Shaun.

Without a shadow of doubt I would recommend PhoneTradr to everyone and I will definitely use them again in the future.
