Not answering emails/phone calls - Not paying for sold device.

Seems like a similar complaint to the others. I have sold numerous devices through Phonetradr in the past with quite good experiences. This time around, phone was sold around December, but they allowed multiple down payments which was not agreed with me - while they do this, the phone goes off of the website. Phone was fully paid by their customer 10 January 2024. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact them, I still have not been paid. I will not use their services again.
