No payment for sold item

Unfortunately it seems that Phonetradr is becoming very unreliable in their payments. Making a person wonder what they are doing with your sold items cash. Haven't been paid for my item for more than 3 months. No response on their automated WA chat, no answer when calling and no response to e-mail.
