NO Payment for device SOLD!
Poor service from phonetradr, I wanted my device returned after not selling for 7 months. Then suddenly phone is sold on the 18th April 2023, and I have not yet received my payment.
First promise was that payment will reflect after 3-5 business days, then received email after 7 business days. Been almost a month since device was sold and still have not received my money. No longer replies on emails, queries on whatsapp and no answer when calling.

05 Jun 2023, 16:08Looks like the way to get service or response from Phonetradr is to give a bad review. I was contacted the day after my review by the business owner and he made an instant payment to me for my sold device. It is a great place to sell your old devices, they just have to get their affairs in order. And they regret the way my situation was handled, and offered vouchers for future use with them. I will probably work with them again in the future.
