My phone has been ****** by phonetrdr: Dont ever send them your device

I sent my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 to this company in December 2023. I received a few (too low) offers to buy it - which i declined. I then requested my phone to be returned. Suddenly they had found a buyer requested for me to wait for the buyer to pay them and complete the transaction. I tried to get them to cancel and send me the phone back anyway. They ignored the emails. (And there is simply no way to find any number to actually talk to someone. ) Eventually after a few months i gave up and asked them to send me the money. I gave them the documents they required in July 2024 . I have been sending emails regularly since then and no money. And no response. In my view my phone has simply been ******.! I believe a case of theft should be opened.
