****MERS. do not send your phone to them. I asked to get my phone back as it hadnt sold in a few months.After a few emails, i said i would send a courier to collect and they rep**** to my email confirming. I sent a courier to collect and they said there was no package to pick up. Since then they have not rep**** to any emails; the phone line doesnt work and no response to their whatsapp messages either. just a black hole. Funny how all the five star reviews are people buying phones and all the one stars are people who were selling their phone and got ****med. Of course they sell the phones, they just dont give the money back to the rightful owner (I am guessing mine was probably sold and they have kept the money).
