Its a ****!

I sold my phone on their platform. My phone was listed at the cheapest price in its category (Iphone 13 pro). After 3 months I was tired of waiting and requested my phone back, I tried calling multiple times, I sent many emails and got no response from any one of them. A few days later I suddenly got a update saying that my phone was sold. (even though I had asked for them to return it). I was then asked to provide my bank details, (for them to deposit funds) which I did and was supposes to receive payment within 48-72 hours. I has now been 3 weeks and I have received NO money NO updates and each and every attempt I make at reaching them through their phone numbers or email or WhatsApp I get NO response.

Do not buy or sell anything on here If you don't want to be ****med. I will update this thread if there any new developments
