Horrible Service.. awaiting payment

Horrible experience, the company is quite quick to collect you phone and advertise it and once the phone is being sold, they send you from pillar to post over payment.. the buyer paid them and all I heard was we are still waiting for the payment reflect, thereafter we will only pay you after few business days… it doesn’t take three days for money to reflect in your bank accounts, I work for a bank and I know what’s I’m talking about.. you are eager to sell my phone and you give me a horrible experience when it comes to paying what’s due to me..

You honestly have a great business model, unfortunately you after service is utterly disappointing..

Please pay my money, you sold my phone last week and received money last week.. Till today I haven’t received my payment…
