Hell of a process.

Sold a phone, sent the relevant documents, but had not been paid for two weeks. After contacting them on a Monday, I was told I was paid, and that they'd send proof of such documents, but obviously failed, because there was no payment to begin with. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of Lindelwa'a exceptional service. After chatting to Lindelwa on the website, I received a call the next morning telling me he'd sit on my case until there was a solution, later that very afternoon I received my money. I know if it was not for Lindelwa, I still would not be paid and for that I'll always be grateful.
