Happy camper

Bought an "excellent condition" phone - was told it wasn't up to scratch when they looked at it - was replaced unprompted with an out of the box phone. Also bought a phone for my son. My brother bought a phone for his daughter. All happy. Don't normally bother providing reviews, but felt their exceptional service warranted getting off my backside.
