Fed up with Phonetradr

This is the worst company ever. Basically they are *****sters, they collected 3 of my devices in November 2023. I had endless issues to get answers from them. They keep on saying my devices is sold but to date no money and no phone returned. They never answer mails or give updates. The only thing they did was sent me mails to say my funds will be transferred but then nothing ever reflects. I had to pay them to return my devices which only one was returned and one watch they sold for almost next to nothing was eventually paid as it was a small amount but my phone is just another story. Do no purchase phones from them as you will realise it is ****** phones that were never paid for by them. They are using your money for who knows what but not to pay the person who supp**** the phone. Before you think of using them just know you are at risk of loosing your phone and you will have no contact with them.
