Extremely poor after sales service!

Best advice from me is to stay away from these guys! Pre sales service is awesome, post sales pathetic! Basically blaming us for a faulty phone. After about 3 weeks, we noticed a very thin straight line across the breadth of the phone. You only see it when you tilt the phone at an angle. The feel was smooth, you couldn't feel any "bumps". We also noticed issues like video playback not running as it should and the speaker appeared "dirty". Basically, we asked them to fix, they collected the phone, blamed the issues on physical damage which voided the warranty and said it was our fault (insinuated). Never mind the fact that it had been delivered via a transporter/courier company. Anyway, got the phone back and the thin line is now a very visible streak across the screen!!! Absolutely pathetic and poor customer service and after sales service! Will never recommend, mention, talk about, refer this company to anyone. Be careful guys, doing business with them is a risk!
