Excellent service from Sam and Emma. Sold my phone and received my money yesterday. However, selling a phone that is still in possession of the seller may lead to unhappy customers because you've not inspected the phone yourself and you can have unexpected delays collecting the phone. So it would be good if you can set this expectation when selling phones.
