Don't use this company to sell anything

It's been more than a year since an offer was accepted for my smar****ch, which was accepted without compensation. The item is not for sale on the phontradre website. When calling, sending a message or email, no one answers. The only assumption is theft, to which I will unfortunately will have to open a case against Phontradre now, as there is no option left to me.
