Dont use Phonetradr ! Worst experience

I want to share my dreadful encounter with Phonetradr. Initially recommended by a colleague who had a positive experience, my own experience couldn't be more different. Impressed by their swift response in collecting my phone on March 6, 2023, assessing it, and listing it on their system, I hoped for a quick sale. Despite their recommended selling price, I opted for a lower one to expedite the process. However, soon after it went live, I received an offer far below my asking price. Hoping for better offers to cover my initial costs, I held out. Phonetradr claimed various offers were made, yet none materialized when I inquired. Frustrated by the lack of progress, by September 20, I requested a telephone conversation to arrange the return of my phone. No response. When my current phone died on September 26, 2023, I urgently requested they refrain from selling my phone, emphasizing its value to me amidst financial difficulties. Silence ensued until October 2 2024, when they notified me the phone was sold. Now, as of March 15, 2024, I am yet to receive payment. I am still not in a financial position to purchase a phone and am REALLY frustrated. I am putting documentation together to lay a claim of Theft against Phonetradr at the police station. My advice: steer clear of these predatory individuals at Phonetradr.
