i agreed to sell my phone at their most attractive recommended price in october 23. on 30 nov 23 i received an offer for almost half the price - i accepted. i was told a few days was needed to make payment. However, the status of the sale in my profile has been in limbo since then; almost three months later! The phone does not seem advertised on the website, and effectively they are not offering me any of their promised services - to sell the phone. Any attempt to contact them has no effect - i have also asked them to return the phone if they cannot sell it. i am being flatly ignored at this point. Effectively they have ****** my Galaxy Flip 4.
