Bunch of ******. Never again!

Never again will I use Phonetradr! I seem to be in a similar situation to numerous other customers who have posted their reviews here.

I received written confirmation from Phonetradr on 1 February 2024 that my Apple Watch was sold and that I will receive my money soon. Today (24 August 2024) it is more than 6 months later and I still have not received a single cent.

Emails either go unanswered for weeks, or they reply with excuses and empty promises. No customer service whatsoever.
