Brilliant, Excellent Customer Service and After Sales

This is a late review. Over a year late. But I think this needs to be given the credit it deserves.

So I purchased an iPhone XS in silver, in October 2019. Unfortunately, the person who listed the advert (not Phonetradr) listed the colour incorrectly.

Shaun took the reins on this and went over and above what I expected. He sourced an exact model of what I wanted, colour, specs and everything. In mint condition. and he got it couriered to me. This new phone was actually slightly more expensive than what I had initially paid. But he sold it to me at the same price.

He didn't have to do what he did, but he went all out. He could have just refunded me my money, and I could have been on my merry way.

Customer experience like I've never experienced before! Then we had Emma who did her courtest follow up on the phone and I was enjoying it.
