Bad service from Phonetradr!

Phonetradr is really getting on my nerves now! For weeks I'm trying to get hold of them, but no one ever replies! My Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is still not sold, and worst of all, it is locked on my listing on the website, so no one can see the listing to buy it! How will my phone ever get sold on their website? This is listed at a very low price and get someone to buy it quickly.
