Bad service for Phone Trader

Good day,

I am having a serious problem with phone trader, i purchased 2 phones from phone trader on the 07th of February 2024. turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days i have tried to make follow-ups telephonically and via email but did not get any response. I eventually got a response last week Friday after complaining every 3 hours on the email; one phone has been delivered but nobody is reaching out to tell me what's happening with the other phone. I am still trying to reach out telephonically and via email, but I still haven't heard back from Phone Trader.

I am pleading with Hello Peter to please intervene because I am failing to get hold of phone trader.
