Awaiting Payment for my phone
My Samsung Note 20 ultra was collected and listed on 22 Oct 2024, all went well and they kept me informed throughout, when it was collected, delivered and listed. Since it couldn't sell, I requested them to cancel listing and return phone. They asked for R380 courier service and I sent them proof of payment the next day on 24 Apr. On 25 Apr they confirmed that they will have the device shipped.
On 29 Apr I received a message that my device was sold and payment is on way, within 14 working days, inclusive of R380 I paid for courier. Today is the 28th of May 2025 and I haven't received my money. I sent emails " awaiting payment" but not received any feedback. Am disappointed 😞

30 May 2025, 13:00Update: I received an email from phone trader apologizing for delay in payment and promised to pay for the sold phone within two to three weeks, and I accepted the apology and agreed to the payment date.
