Awaiting payment

This is my 3rd phone sold through phonetradr. I have received such good service before. However, I have still not received the payout of the selling of my latest phone earlier this year. I have emailed, phoned and what sapped and have still not received a response. I am very disappointed and am trying to either get my phone or money back.
