After sales was not great, but they came through at the end

I sold my Iphone X on Phonetradr, the sale was quick, but I had trouble getting in contact with the after sales services, however, I very nice lady from Phonetradr contacted me and explained the delay. The situation is understandable and I explained to her that quicker feedback will be appreciated. She apologised several times and I received my money the same day, so all is forgiven. I have deep appreciation for a business that corrects its mistakes.
