I had issues with Fasta (my selected checkout payment method). The Phonetradr team was amazing. They were patient and always kept me updated. When the payment finally reflected, the phone I initially purchased didn't pass their inspection. But, they went out of their way and found the exact same phone within a couple of days and delivered it to me.
