Phonespector.com a ****

The company Phonespector.com guarentees on their website a total refund if their product does not work. As it happens i purchased the product and it did not work. After communicating with their support staff they said they would give me a full refund. Its been a month now and after numerous emails to phonespector have still not refunded my money. They are a ****!!! Stay away!!!
