Victim of ***** by phonefinder

I do believe i was a victim of *****.. I did send a requst to be called for cellfone contract and when i did rec a call from an agent on the 11 April 2022 details was confirmed n sd cell phone deal was 199 and then after was put thru to a confirmation dept when spk to them was told abt an add on that was 95 so I sd i dnt want that so she sd okay n call was cut off. Then the agent called again n explained that the 95 is part of the 199 cell deal and its wid the cellfone contract so I sd if it's seperate i dnt want it bt if it' included in da 199 then it's okay and they agreed and was told will rec a call withen 7days regardin which netwrk my contract will be wid so was put thru to confirmation dept again dey confirmed my details and bankin details n was told it will be a debi check on my acc i sd but only if it's wid my cell fone contract so she sd yes n I need to accept the sms for the debi check n I even asked for an email to be sent to me but uptil today no email no call was recieved i gt no cell phones contract bt yet da r95 that was suppose to be part of the cellphone has been debited n on my bank acc had a debi check of 95 monthly which I can nt reverse i have sent an email to email that's on my bank app for that debit order no response .
