I took out a contract with phonefinder almost a year ago, I insured the phone with the consultant. I've tried for the past 3 months to get hold of them they fail to assist and keep sending the same response that they are not the service provider. They know who the service provider is as they issued the phone and SIM. They take R299.00 every month out of my account never missed a payment but cannot assist me as I'm trying to resolve the phone issue. Their service is pathetic and they are ******* their company should be closed.
