****! Deceit!
****! They called me and were so eager to get my details and even called me back so i could admit that they told me about some rednapkin nonsense, i told them that having been told about it doesn't mean I am taking it... they **** saying it's okay my account won't be debitted without my go ahead. I told them I won't agree to something I'm not looking for only to be declined for the cellphone contract. They didn't even get back to me about the cellphone contract yet my account was debitted this morning for the same rednapkin I said I wasn't taking! Useless and *********!

RedNapkin is indeed a product which one of our service providers sells, and it is one which is sold as an attachment service to a cellular plan (and which we will have cancelled for you). Phonefinder operates purely as a connectivity service, meaning that we connect you with deals which are on the market, and should you be declined for the deal you want we then try and connect you to other service providers who will be open to selling you a cellular deal.However Phonefinder is not privy to your credit check status, or payment details (that is private between you and our service providers)
