Refund Due

I have app**** for a phone through Phonefinder with MTN. Everything was approved & the courier service even phoned me to confirm my address for delivery. It's now 5 months later & to date still no phone. But were fees deducted from my account & I raised a complain with Phonefinder. It's one of their suppliers or something & they would f/u with them. Somebody contacted me & eventually promised they will refund these charges back to me as I never received the phone. I sent them my bank details last week & to date still haven't received any refund of feedback from them. This is very poor service as I gave my bank details to them in good faith and they failed to delivery the phone (AFTER IT HAS BEEN APPROVED!!), and still they take money from my account!! I want someone to contact me ASAP regarding the refund. <br>
