Phonefinder not reputable

Phone finder is not a reputable and trusted company. I received a call from a cellphone company with regards to a cellphone contract which i then app**** for. The guy on the line did the complete application with the promise of delivery of my phone . To my horror a few weeks later my account was debited with no phone that arrived. Upon numerous emails to phonefinder they could not assist me. My investigation with the cellphone companies then lead me to discover that this company which promises you a contract is only a third party and that they are not a trusted and reputable company.
