I app**** for a phone contract of R135 per month and a consultant called and I confirmed my banking details then the following day a consultant called and told me that I do qualify they checked my credit score

Then a consultant called again and told me that I do not qualify for a contract phone but they debit money from my account so can you please stop the debit order
