Bad service

I'm so dissapointed in the service my husband app**** for the double huawei nove 70 plus and got a call from your agent everything was finalized and email was send that application is successful again received a call from your agent that my husband should be ready with a cc opy of ID and original copy as the phones will be till now we are waiting and getting annoying calls from different agents offering us phones some even claim that they are from a different department when my husband exains that he is expecting phones already from you guys they claim they want to confirm banking details how do they confirm banking details when my husband has already got a call that the fones will be here anytime
