I took my phone in for repairs with Phone city at Discovery building and what an amazing service experience. From the warm welcome and assurance received I knew I came to the right place. It took 24 hours to have my phone repaired and I was kept updated all the way. The service industry is dying and starving for such experiences to give customers faith again. You guys rock..... I am impressed.
